摘要 为探讨橡胶集料混凝土(crumb rubber concrete,CRC)的抗弯冲击性能,选取了2种不同粒径的橡胶颗粒制备了CRC,并选用3种界面改性剂对橡胶集料进行预处理,考察上述因素对CRC抗弯冲击性能的影响.结果表明:掺入2种橡胶集料均可以改善混凝土的冲击延性指标,并且掺入粗粒橡胶集料对提高CRC的初裂、破坏冲击次数效果更佳,对橡胶集料进行界面改性预处理大大改善了CRC的抗弯冲击性能. In order to study the flexural impact behavior of Crumb Rubber Concrete (CRC) beams, Coarse crumb rubber and fine crumb rubber is used to prepare CRC, and three kinds of interfacial modifiers (X, Y, KH550) are chosen to modify CRC. The test results show that the initial-crack, fracture impact cycle number of concrete are improved by incorporating of coarse rubber, and are decreased by incorporating of fine rubber. The fiexural impact behavior of CRC modified by interfacial modifiers increases significantly.
