摘要
为确定城市快速路上限速与运行速度之间的关系,从北京的三环、四环、五环快速路中随机地选取了19个地点来收集其限速、地点车速及车头时距等交通流参数,并按照一定的原则对原始数据进行筛选,得出8 682条自由流状态下的地点车速数据.对这些观测地点所得到的限速与运行速度数据进行统计回归分析结果表明,二者之间存在很强的线性相关关系,而且运行速度超过限速的比例随着限速值的增大而增大.限速与运行速度之间的关系可为制定速度区限速值的相关交通管理部门提供量化依据.
In order to find the relationship between posted speed limits and operating speed in urban expressways,19 sites were randomly selected from the 3rd,the 4th and the 5th Express Ring-road in Beijing and the spot speed and headway data were collected at first.Then,free-speed data were reduced from the original data according to certain principles.The regression analysis of posted speed limits and operating speed shows that there exists strong linear relationship within these two speed terms.The percentage of operating speed exceeding posted speed limits increases with the speed limit value.The relationship between speed limits and operating speed established here was expected to provide some quantifying basis for transportation agencies to determine the posted speed limits at speed zones.
