有创与无创机械通气序贯撤机方法在AECOPD治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）因反复急性加重，可导致呼吸功能不断下降，最终引发呼吸衰竭而死亡。有创机械通气是治疗重症COPD急性加重期（AECOPD）呼吸衰竭的主要方式，但建立人工气道后，易发生呼吸机相关性肺炎，导致治疗过程反复，撤机延迟，甚至造成呼吸机依赖。
