有创与无创机械通气序贯撤机方法在AECOPD治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)因反复急性加重,可导致呼吸功能不断下降,最终引发呼吸衰竭而死亡。有创机械通气是治疗重症COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)呼吸衰竭的主要方式,但建立人工气道后,易发生呼吸机相关性肺炎,导致治疗过程反复,撤机延迟,甚至造成呼吸机依赖。
