中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛63例总结

A Summary on 63 Cases of Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选条件的123例本病患者按就诊时间的先后顺序随机分为治疗组63例和对照组60例,对照组予以西药常规治疗,治疗组予以中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组临床疗效及心电图疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method： 123 cases were randomly divided into 63 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group according to the order of visiting doctor. Cases in the control group were treated with western routine therapy and cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medi- cine. Results ： The improvement of effects of clinic and ECG in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had significant effect for treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
