摘要
在对待组织结构和行动者的问题上,西方组织理论存在"结构研究模式"和"行动者研究模式"两种近乎对立的研究模式,在个体观、研究重心、组织目标、研究方法、策略主张、结构与行动者关系等几个方面都存在不同观点。对国内近期有关行政组织的期刊论文样本分析显示,目前国内的行政组织研究更多的属于"结构研究模式",而缺乏行动者研究视角,这种缺陷在研究活动中表现为:研究缺乏本土意识、偏离了西方组织研究主流、缺乏对质性研究方法的足够强调、缺乏学术共同体、缺少学术对话、累积和传承。文章认为我国未来的行政组织研究应当更加强调行动者研究视角,并在此基础上就中国情境下有价值的组织研究议题展开广泛而深入的讨论,进而开展关于行政组织的本土化、经验化的研究。
On the question of organizational structures and actions,there exist in Western organizational theories two nearly opposing research modes,namely,"structural research mode" and "actor research mode".The two theories differ in various aspects,including individual concepts,research focus,organization goals,research methods,strategic views and the relationship between structures and actors etc.The analysis of the research paper samples on administrative organizations appeared in recent domestic journals shows these papers mostly belong to the structural research mode and lack the perspective of actor research.This defect is reflected in the following aspects: the lack of local consciousness,deviation from the mainstream of the Western organizational research,insufficient emphasis on the qualitative research methods,lack of academic community,dialogue,accumulation and inheritance.This study holds that our future research should put more emphasis on the perspective of actor research,and have more large-scale and in-depth discussions on the issue of organizational research in the Chinese context.We should also carry out researches on the localization and experiences of administrative organizations.
