摘要
循证模式是卫生政策研究和卫生政策制定的趋势,系统综述是卫生循证决策的重要方法和工具,综述问题的界定是系统综述整个过程的基础和关键。问题的类型和内容不仅决定了系统综述后续技术步骤的设计,也对综述结论被决策者的采纳和应用有重要影响。卫生政策系统综述方法仍处于探索发展阶段,应在学习循证医学中问题类型和界定方法的基础上,结合卫生政策的特点,探讨卫生政策系统综述中问题的类型和界定方法。
Evidence-based model is widely applied in health policy research and health policy-making.Systematic Review is an important method for evidence-based policy-making.And the definition of reviewing topic is the key procedure and the basis of systematic Review,which not only determines the following technical procedures,but also influences the adoption and implementation of systematic review by policy-makers.Systematic review of health policy issues is still in process of exploration and development.Based on studying the types of topics in evidence-based medicine and its defining methods,and combined with the characteristics of health policy,types of topic in systematic review of health policy and its defining methods are discussed.
