文章结合地方医学院校的改革和实践,探讨卫生事业管理本科教育临床理论与实践教学一体化改革的可行途径,为构建适应医药卫生体制改革需要的,能培养具有一定临床医学知识与技能的卫生事业管理应用型人才培养模式提供参考。

Combined with the reform of local medical universities,the feasible ways for reform on integrated clinical teaching theory and practice for health service management specialty were discussed.Based on which,reference can be obtained to establish a talent cultivating mode,which should meet the requirement of medicine and health system reform and provide talents with certain clinical knowledge and skills.
