摘要
医院集团的兴起是纵向一体化在医疗领域发展的佐证,文章所提医疗生态圈,是以私立医院集团为基础,通过相关医药企业参与而扩大的医企联盟。从资产专用性角度,分析医疗生态圈的可行性和潜在优势。并从路径依赖角度,探析生态圈发展的制约因素,在产权主体、治理机制等方面提出合理建议,希冀为医疗事业的政策制定提供依据。
The upsurge of hospital group verifies the theory of vertical integration in medical services.Medical ecosphere means an expanding alliance with pharmaceutical enterprises′ participation,which based on private hospital groups.The feasibility and potential advantages of longitudinal hospital group were analyzed in view of asset specificity.Then,factors constraining its development were discussed from the perspective of path dependence.Finally,some reasonable suggestions as subject of property rights and alliance management were put forward to provide reference for policy-making of health services development.
