摘要 探讨张力与静电场对纱线毛羽检测的影响。对纯棉、涤棉混纺纱线进行毛羽检测,分析了不同的测试张力与毛羽检测结果的关系以及静电场对毛羽检测结果的影响。结果表明:测试张力对毛羽数有影响,随着张力的增加毛羽呈减小的趋势,但影响不明显;静电场对纱线毛羽检测结果影响突出,所测纱线3 mm毛羽数显著增加,纤维组分对毛羽数有影响。 Effect of tension and electrostatic field on yarn hairiness test was discussed. Hairiness of pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn were tested. Relationship between different test tension and hairiness value was analyzed as well as effect of electrostatic field on hairiness value. The result shows that hairiness value was effected by test tension,hairiness is reducing as tension increase,the effect is not obvious. Yarn hairiness value is effected by elec- trostatic field greatly,3 mm hairiness value tested is increased obviously. Hairiness value is effected by fiber component differently.
