Experience of Weaving Double Weft Fabric on Rapier Loom

探讨生产双纬织物的生产工艺。采用并纱的方法生产双纬织物,通过分析织造过程中出现的问题,优化了并纱工艺,确定采用双张力盘并纱生产并纱筒子,整经重点控制经纱张力均匀性,浆纱兼顾被覆和浸透,织造提高开口清晰度,使得双纬织物的生产在保证织机效率和织物质量的基础上,达到了提高双纬织物生产效率的目的。

Processing of double weft fabric was discussed. Doubling method was used to produce double weft fabric. Through analyzing problems in weaving process, doubling processing was optimized, double tension disk was used to produce doubling cheese,warp tension evenness was controlled carefully, coverage and soakage was done well in sizing process, shedding was controlled clearly in weaving, finally fabric quality and loom efficiency could be ensured and double weft fabric production efficiency could be improved.
