摘要
目的探讨一种气相色谱测定水中挥发酚的方法。方法以溴水为衍生化试剂,使酚系物转化为溴代酚,再以抗坏血酸为稳定剂,用甲苯进行萃取富集,用FFAP大口径石英毛细管柱进行分离,用ECD检测器气相色谱法测定应用水中挥发性酚。结果邻、对甲酚的线性范围为0.06~80μg/L,苯酚、间甲酚的线性范围为0.03~40mg/L,r值均大于0.999。结论该法操作简便、灵敏、准确可靠,用于实际水样的测定,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To investigate gas chromatography volatile phenol in the water.Meth-ods A method for the determination of phenols in environmental water with bromination derivatization and gas chromatography is described.The phenols were transformed to bromophenols and then extracted with toluene and separated by the FFAP wide-bore capillary column and detected by electron capture detector(ECD).Results The results showed that the linear ranges were 0.06 ~80μg/L.P,m-cresol linear in the range of 0.03 ~ 40mg/Lr,value more than 0.999.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable for the determination of the actual water samples with high value.
