摘要
目的对彩超在阑尾病变中的应用进行探讨。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对265例阑尾炎患者进行术前检查。结果超声检查符合率84.52%(224/265),漏诊19例占7.15%,误诊25例占9.43%。结论超声在阑尾病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中价值很高,超声医生如果掌握阑尾的解剖变异、具备临床综合分析判断能力,必定会减少漏误诊,更好地服务临床。
Objective To assess the diagnosis value of ultrasound in the appendical disease.Methods Totally 265 patients suffering from appendicitis were examined by the colored Doppler supersonic diagnostic equipment.All these cases were verified by operation.Results The diagnostic accurate rate of ultrasound in appendical disease was 84.52%（224/265）,the omission diagnostic rate 7.15%（19/265）,mistake diagnostic rate 9.43%（25.265）.Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis of appendical disease has a relatively high accuracy and the omission diagnostic and mistake diagnostic rates will be decreased with the application of the variant anatomy and clinical comprehensive analysis,which will serve effectively.
