以中医肾虚观点浅析复方口服避孕药所致的月经失调

Study on Menstrual Disorder,one of the Side Effects of Combination Oral Contraceptives,from TCM Theory of Kidney Deficiency Juno

目的:以中医肾虚的观点分析复方口服避孕药所致月经失调的副反应,同时提出补肾是纠正该类副反应的主要治法。方法:通过查阅文献归纳常用复方口服避孕药的月经失调副反应,以中医的观点进行分析,并与临床治疗给予佐证。结果:复方口服避孕药的月经失调副反应以中医肾虚的观点可以进行解释,以补肾之法可以纠正。

Objectives：Study menstrual disorder,one of the side effects of combination oral contraceptives,from TCM theory of kidney deficiency.At the same time,put forward the idea that tomify kidney is the main method to treat this side effect.Method：Through reviewing the literature,induce the side effect which is about menstrual disorder of combination oral contraceptives,then analyze this by using TCM theory,and prove it in clinical.Results：Menstrual disorder,one of the side effects of combination oral contraceptives,could be explained by TCM theory of kidney deficiency,also could be corrected by tonify kidney methods.
