中西医结合临床路径对缺血性中风急性期疗效的影响

Influence on the Therapeutc Effect of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Clinical Pathway for Acute Anemic Stroke

目的:观察中西医结合临床路径治疗缺血性中风急性期患者的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心大样本随机对照研究,将245例经确诊为缺血性中风急性期的患者,随机分为实验组123例和对照组122例,实验组和对照组分别采用中西医结合临床路径和常规的治疗与护理。结果:实验组与对照组总有效率分别为98.3%和75.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合临床路径可以提高缺血性中风急性期的临床疗效,提高患者生活能力。

Objectives：Discussing the clinical of Chinese and western medicine clinical pathway in the anemic stroke acute stage.Methods：Using a large sample,multi-center randomized controlled study of 245 cases will be diagnosed by the acute stage of anemic stroke patients,123 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 122 patients,experimental and control groups were used in the clinical pathway and conventional western medicine with treatment and care.Results：The experimental group and control group,the total effective rates were 98.3% and 75.4%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions：Traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical pathway can improve the clinical efficacy of the anemic stroke acute stage and the life ability of patients.
