微波加热技术改良蔗渣转光度的分析方法

Improvement of Bagasse Pol Analysis with Microwave Hearting

鉴于甘蔗制糖工业现行的蔗渣转光度分析方法明显存在着分析时间长、分析效率低等问题，提出了利用微波热技术对现行分析方法进行改良。研究结果表明，微波改良方法不仅可以明显缩短分析时间，提高分析效率，而且所测定的数据准确可靠。

Microwave heating was used to improve the existing analysis method for bagasse pol because of such problems as long analytic period and low analytic efficiency exist clearly in current method of cane sugar industry. It was shown that the microwave--improved analysis method can not only shorten the analytic time and increase the analytic efficiency, but also give the accurate and reliable analytic results.
