摘要
地方院校在中国高等教育大众化进程中起着重要的作用,地方院校的教师在培养应用性复合型人才过程中肩负着重要的历史使命。教师作为教学活动的主体,应积极探索教学方式方法和考试方式方法的改革、积极采用先进的教学手段、在教学过程中通过对学生进行科学的评价来提高课堂教学的互动性。
Colleges play an important role in the popularizing of higher education in China.The teachers of local teaching-oriented colleges especially take the responsibility of cultivate application and compound students.The paper gives three related suggestions for the teachers who are the corpus of teaching in order to improve the class interactive: search for reforms of teaching and testing approaches actively;use the advanced teaching means,appraise the students scientifically.
