医学专科院校学生党建工作的现状及思考

Current Situation and Thinking of Students Party Building in Medical College

医学高职高专院校学生党建工作中存在着学生自身素质偏低、入党目的不明确,学习主动性不强、党的理论知识匮乏,学生正式党员少、支委工作周期短,党组织活动形式单一、缺乏活动载体等问题。科学、规范地开展学生党建工作,应充分发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用,建立"学校—医院党组织联动"的管理模式,建立早培养、早选拔的培养机制,丰富学生党员活动载体,严格党员选拔标准和程序。

There are some problems in medical college students party building,like students＇ low quality,purpose is not clear to join the party,motivation to learn is not strong,lack of party＇s theoretical knowledge,less formal party members,party cell committee working cycle is short,form of action is unitary,lack of activity vector.In order to develop party building scientifically,we should display party branch＇s fight fortress function,set up the administration mode of ＂college-hospital party organization linkage＂,build up the training mechanism,enrich students＇ party activities vector,strict selection criteria and procedures for members.
