摘要
提出了固定化活酵母连续发酵生产过程中杂菌感染的原因及预防,并重点探讨了在生产中染菌的挽救措施。
The reasons and prevention of hetero-bacterium contamination in the continuous alcoholic fermentation using immobilized living yeast were introduced in this paper,The methods of saving the immobilized living yeast contaminated by hetero-bacterium in the production were mainly studied.
