摘要
为考核轻轨车牵引系统的实际线路运行性能,提出一种基于虚拟仪器技术的牵引系统考核方案。以牵引互拖考核平台为基础,以虚拟仪器编程软件LabVIEW为工具,充分发挥虚拟仪器技术硬件访问能力强大、编程周期短、界面友好的特点,用来仿真牵引系统实际运行的线路条件。实践表明,该考核系统应用于轻轨车牵引系统的考核,能够较准确地仿真路况条件,自动控制牵引系统的运行,顺利实现线路的模拟考核。
To test the actual performance of traction systems of LRV,a strategy of line simulation system based on virtual instrument technology has been formulated.The back-to-back traction test platform was applied as the hardware platform of the assessment system.The simulation of the line conditions for traction system operation was realized by LabVIEW,a programming software of the virtual instrument,which is excellent in the communication between hardwares,capable of shortening the time of programming and easy to understand.Practice indicated the assessment system adopted can accurately simulate line conditions and automatically control the operation of traction systems,realizing the simulation assessment test smoothly.
