松弛疗法在癌症病人疼痛管理中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of pain management for patients with cancer by relaxation therapy

目的探讨松弛疗法(足反射区按摩、音乐疗法)在癌症病人疼痛管理中的疗效。方法将符合入选条件的病人随机分为常规治疗组、足反射区按摩组和足反射区按摩加音乐疗法组,使用简明疼痛问卷(BPI)对松弛疗法干预效果进行评估;采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果与常规治疗组比较,干预后第6天BPI评价显示患者疼痛减轻,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),疼痛影响的日常活动、情绪、行走、睡眠、生活乐趣等方面的改善差异有显著意义(P<0.05),工作、社交方面改变差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论松弛疗法(足反射区按摩、音乐疗法)能在一定程度上缓解癌症病人的疼痛,改善其生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of relaxation therapy on cancer pain management.Method Patients admitted were randomly divided into 3groups：groupI was given normal therapy,groupⅡ with Palma reflexology massage and groupⅢ with Palma reflexology massage plus music therapy.Pain score using brief pain inventory（BPI）was evaluated and analyzed statistically using SPSS 10.0.Result Patients from groupⅡand groupⅢhad a statistic difference in pain alleviation.Their daily activities,emotion,walking,sleeping and living had been influenced by pain（P〈0.05）,there was no significant different between their work and social activities（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Relaxation therapy can alleviate cancer pain to a certain,and improve the patient＇s living quality.
