超声药物透入治疗在促进胃肠道功能恢复中的应用研究

Application and effect observation of the recovery of gastrointestinal function treated by ultrasound medicine phoresis therapy

目的探讨超声药物透入治疗在促进胃肠道功能恢复中的作用及护理要点。方法将100例行开腹手术的胃癌根治术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,在综合治疗和基础护理相同的情况下,实验组使用超声药物透入治疗,而对照组未使用,观测两组患者术后腹围变化、肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便等胃肠功能恢复情况以及术后住院时间。结果实验组和对照组术后腹围变化在术后48h、72h、96h及120h时以及两组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门初次排气排便时间比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),而术后腹围变化在24h、144h及168h时以及术后住院时间两组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论超声药物透入治疗可促进患者术后肠鸣音恢复及排气排便,减轻腹胀,加快胃肠功能恢复,加速患者康复。

Objective To study the effect and nursing points for promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function by ultrasound medicine phoresis therapy.Method 100patients with open radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.On the base of the same comprehensive treatment and usual care, the experimental group used medicine phoresis therapy by ultrasound while the control group did not use it.Postoperative hospital stay and the recovery of gastrointestinal function by recording postoperative abdominal circumference changes,recovery of bowel sounds and the first time of exhaust and defecation were observed.Result There was significant difference about recovery of bowel sounds,The first time of exhaust,defecation and abdominal circumference changes for postoperative 48h,72h,96hand 120hbetween the two groups（P0.05）,however,postoperative hospital stay and abdominal circumference changes for postoperative 24h,144hand 168hhad no statistical difference（P0.05）between the two groups.Conclusion Medicine phoresis therapy could promote recovery of bowel sounds,exhaust and defecation,and reduce the abdominal swelling and speed up recovery of gastrointestinal function,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
