对微波应用于油菜籽干燥的可行性进行了探讨。分析表明：微波技术应用于油菜籽的干燥是可行的，既能快速而经济的对油菜籽进行干燥，又能保持其种用价值和改良食用品质，发生有利的变异，但仍能保持后代的品质。

The study on microwave drying rapeseed was investigated. Through analyzing, it was proved that it was practicable to use microwave drying rapeseed. It could not only dry rapeseed fast and economically, but also could maintain the value and excellent edible quality by processing directly.
