摘要
利用优化工艺参数条件生产出的膨化羽毛粉,饲喂肉仔鸡以测定产品的氨基酸消化率和真代谢能,旨在验证该工艺参数在工业化生产上的重现性并进行产品的营养价值评定。结果表明:膨化羽毛粉的氨基酸真消化率母鸡为88.9%±0.049%,公鸡为83.6%±0.050%;胱氨酸的真消化率依次为86.8%±0.021%,83.1%±0.025%;真代谢能依次为13.53MJ/kg,13.11MJ/kg。表明该工艺参数是合理的,膨化羽毛粉的营养价值达到和超过了项目设计要求的水平。
The broilers feeding experiment with expanded feather meal
produced under the condition of optimized technological parameters and the determination of
digestion and true metabolizable energy were carried out. The results indicated that the true
digestion of amino acids in the expanded feather meal were 88.9%0.049% for females and
83.6%0.050% for males;the true digestion of cystine were 86.8% 0.021%,83.1%0.025% and the
true metalolizable energy were 13.53% MJ/kg,13.11 MJ/kg respectively.It showed that the
technological parameters were rational and the nutritive value of the expanded feather meal
conformed with the designed requirement.
