＂533＂校院合作模式,即＂五共建、三融合、三接轨＂。具体来说,五共建是指共建人才培养方案、共建课程、共建教材、共建师资队伍、共建实训基地;三融合是指医院教学与学校教学融为一体,学校文化与医院文化融为一体,学校管理与医院管理融为一体;三接轨是指人才培养与市场接轨、与临床接轨、与国际接轨。通过在实践过程中不断总结、充实、完善＂533＂校院合作模式,促进护理专业和学生的全面、协调、可持续发展,为社会培养高素质高技能型护理人才,实现学校和医院共建、共育、共管、共享、共赢。
