摘要
"533"校院合作模式,即"五共建、三融合、三接轨"。具体来说,五共建是指共建人才培养方案、共建课程、共建教材、共建师资队伍、共建实训基地;三融合是指医院教学与学校教学融为一体,学校文化与医院文化融为一体,学校管理与医院管理融为一体;三接轨是指人才培养与市场接轨、与临床接轨、与国际接轨。通过在实践过程中不断总结、充实、完善"533"校院合作模式,促进护理专业和学生的全面、协调、可持续发展,为社会培养高素质高技能型护理人才,实现学校和医院共建、共育、共管、共享、共赢。
The "533" school-hospital cooperative model is "constructing jointly in 5 ways,merging in 3 ways,integrating in 3 aspects".Specifically,constructing jointly in 5 ways refers to jointly constructing professionals training scheme,courses,textbooks,teaching team and training bases;merging in 3 ways is involved in teaching,culture and management between the school and the hospitals;integrating in 3 aspects is to integrate with the market,clinical setting and international standards.By summarizing,enriching and perfecting the "533" model in the process of continual practice,we promote nursing students' overall,harmonious and sustainable development and cultivate highly talented nursing professionals.The cooperating construction,education,management,share and win-win can be fulfilled between the school and the hospitals.
