摘要
经过多次研究，从产品的天然性、保健性、营养平衡以及抗氧化保鲜、防止固形物的沉淀等方面进行实验，采用数学正交设计方法，解决了胡萝卜汁营养饮料生产中的技术关键，并在稳定剂的保护下得到了一种全天然、全营养、味美色艳的强身健体饮用佳品。
Natural nutritious carrot juice drink is a high-grade healthcare beverage made with natural carrot juice and honey by using bio-technique.A series of researches have been carried out in the aspects of natural characteristics,healthcaring,nutritious balance,anti-oxidization and sediment prevention and mathematical orthogonal designing method adopted to solve key technical problems in the production.A fully natural,completely nutritious healthcare drink with nice flavour and bright colour is obtained by using stabilizers.\=
