高压蒸汽消毒金属气管内套管间隔更换时间的研究

Study of time interval of metallic inner sleeve sterilized by high pressure steam

目的探讨高压蒸汽灭菌气管内套管的消毒间隔时间,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法将气管切开使用金属套管的33例病人,按内套管消毒间隔时间随机分成3组(每组11例),试验1组间隔6h,试验2组间隔8h,试验3组间隔12h。每次更换内套管时用定量5ml生理盐水冲洗,冲洗液送检,细菌菌落数计数。结果试验1组,2组和3组组间差异均有显著意义(F=2306609.560,P=0.000)。结论鉴于消毒内套管内细菌繁殖量无法计数,不利于预防和控制呼吸道感染。更换高压蒸汽金属内套管的间隔时间应为每8h更换一次。

Objective To discuss the time interval of metallic inner sleeve sterilized by high pressure steam,and to provide bases for clinical nursing.Method 33patients with tracheotomyand placed metallic inner sleeve was randomly divide into 3groups.The time interval of change sterilized inner sleeve for test group 1is every 6hours,every 8hours for test group 2and every 12hours for test group 3.Saving flushing fluid（5ml sterilized normal saline wash the outer and inner wall of the inner sleeve）at each time intervals as samples for bacteria culture.Result There is significance differences among groups（F=2 306 609.560,P=0.000）.Because of the bacteria culture number of group 3is unaccountable which is unacceptable for precaution of lower respiratory infection.Conclusion The time interval of metallic inner sleeve sterilized by high pressure steam for tracheotomy patients is every 8hours.
