借助全套日本引进生产设备，探索研制出三种机制拉面新产品。该产品具有营养丰富、水煮不糊、口感滑爽、有特殊口味、富有嚼劲、不浑汤、不断条的品质特性，具有开发应用潜力。
Three new products of
handextending noodle were developed by means of the Japanese productive equipment.The
