摘要
通过对大麦麦绿素提取技术的研究,提出了大麦麦绿素生产的最佳麦苗生长时期、提取条件和方法,由此制订出简便高效的大麦麦绿素提取工艺技术。按该工艺技术生产的麦绿素有效成分得率高、品质好。
The extraction technique of barley green has been studied in this paper.The suitable period of seedling growth and conditions and methods of extraction were determined.Experiments indicated that this extraction technique increased the extraction rate of protein and chlorophyll and greatly improved the quality of barley green.
