摘要
对山东省济宁市六个县(市、区)200多名农村幼儿园教师进行工作压力方面的调查发现,农村幼儿园教师的工作压力因幼儿园的性质、教师的婚姻状况,教师的年龄、教龄,教师受教育水平以及所教年级的不同而不同。公立幼儿园教师的压力明显大于私立幼儿园教师;未婚教师的压力大于已婚教师的压力;中班教师的压力大于大班教师和小班教师的压力。
An investigation with 200 rural preschool teachers from 6 counties under Jining of Shandong province on their work stress reveals that rural preschool teacher's work stress varies with the nature of kindergarten, teachers' marriage status, age, working years, education level and the class they teach. Work stress is significantly higher for teachers working in public kindergartens than in private ones; unmarried teacher suffer more work stress than married ones and teachers teaching middle class suffer more work stress than those teaching senior and junior classes.
