摘要
实验就贡菜的提取液对污染食品的致病菌和腐败菌进行了抗菌试验研究。结果表明,贡菜提取液对所试的7种细菌、3种霉菌均有不同程度的抑、杀菌作用,是一种有开发前途的天然食品防腐剂。
An experimental study on antimicrobial action of the extract of Gong Cat on common bacteria and fungi is made. The results showed that the extract of Gong Cai could inhibit and kill some of bacteria and fungi invarying degrees,and demonstrated that it is a good kind of natural ant.iseptics with developing prospects.
