摘要
谷氨酰胺（ＧＬＮ）是一种条件必需氨基酸，游离的ＧＬＮ很不稳定，而且ＧＬＮ的分析检测比较困难，尤其是蛋白质中的ＧＬＮ的分析更加困难，酸水解时ＧＬＮ变成了谷氨酸（ＧＬＵ），因而氨基酸自动分析仪检测不出ＧＬＮ的含量。
GLN is a conditionally essential amino acid,free GLN is not stable and it is difficult to determine the content of GLN in samples,especially in protein ones.GLN will be changed into GLU when hydrolyzed by HCl,so it cannot measure GLN concentration by using amino acid analyzer.In this paper,we discussed the measurement methods of GLN in detail.
