摘要 研究了合金元素Cu、Nb对烧结Nd-Fe-Co-B永磁材料力学性能的影响.同时利用EDAX对相成分进行了分析.结果发现,合金元素Cu、Nb的加入能有效提高磁体材料的抗弯强度.加入Nb元素,还能适当提高其断裂韧性.合金元素产生强化的主要原因是组织中出现了强化相——NdFeCoCu相和NbFeB相.前者为三角形态,后者为棒状或颗粒状. The effects of alloying elements Cu and Nb on the mechanical properties of sintered NdFeCoB permanent magnets were studied, and the phase composition was analyzed by the means of EDAX. It was found that the bending strength of the magnets was greatly improved by these two additions, moreover, the fracture toughness of the magnets was also able to be increased a bit by Nb addition. Strengthening effects due to the two alloying elements are ascribed to the formation of the new phases NdFeCoCu shaped in triangle and NbFeB which is rod-like or particle in shape.
