摘要
介绍了液态铝的润湿性测量原理,并采用改进的座滴法装置测定了纯铝和Al-0.5%La合金在Al_2O_3表面的润湿性.结果表明,少量稀土元素的加入可以改善铝对Al_2O_3的润湿性.使其润湿角从90.5°减小到80.0°.
Measurement of the wettability of molten aluminum is very difficult because of the stability of A12O3 on its surface. The principle, method and equipment for the measurement are introduced in this paper. The wetting of A12O3 by molten aluminum and Al-0,5% La alloy are measured with an modified sessile drop technique. The result shows that the contact angle of molten aluminum on A12O3 is 90. 5?at 1343K and is decreased to 80. 0?bv addition of rare earth element La.
