用量子态的线性叠加原理和波函数及其一阶导数的连续性，求解一维方势垒散射问题，得出各区域的波函数，最后求出了反射系数、透射系数以及势垒内部的概率流密度和概率分布，并得到由散射态过渡到束缚态的条件．另外。
In this passage,it is according to superposition principle of the quantum sate,continuaty of the wave function and its derivative of the first order,the question of the scattering of one dimensional square potential barrier is worked out,and the wave function in each region and the transimission and reflection coefficients are obtained.
