面神经麻痹评价系统研究进展

The research progress in evaluation system of facial paralysis

临床医生在日常工作中需要一种可靠、敏感的面神经麻痹评价系统来衡量患者面瘫后的面神经功能和临床治疗效果。这种评价系统须具备可操作性强、重复性好、与现有的评价系统有较高的相关性并且时间与物质成本较低的特点。同时,该评价系统还要对患者面瘫以及治疗后的微小变化敏感。本文综述了以往各种面神经麻痹评价系统,从它们的产生、发展、在医疗机构中的应用现状等方面总结其优缺点,将其分为三大类,即主观评价系统、客观评价系统及混合评价系统。临床医生可以根据其不同特点来选择应用于临床工作。

Clinical doctors need a reliable and sensitive evaluation system of facial paralysis to measure the function of facail nerve and clinical effect in their routine.Such kind of evaluation system which costs less time and money ought to be easy to realize and is high repeatable and has high correlationship with existing evaluation system.It must be sensitive to the tiny change of treatment of facial paralysis.This article reviewed different kinds of evaluation systems of facial nerve paralysis in the past.It also summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the previous systems from their origin,development and applications in clinics.It divided them into 3 groups：subjective evaluation system,objective evaluation system and mixed evaluation system.Clinical doctors can use different kinds of system according to its characteristics.
