摘要
伴随着政治体制改革和行政管理体制改革的进程,我国政府正致力于提升政府执行力这项工作。因此,建立一个完善、合理的政策执行力评估指标体系,不仅能直观地反映出政府执行力的水平,使影响执行力的问题得到及时解决,也能够达到提高政府执行力的目的。本文从政府执行力的层次性、阶段性及影响因素等三个维度来探索其评估指标体系,以期为全面提高政府执行力奠定理论基础。
With political reform and administrative reform process,our Government is committed to enhance the Government's implementation of the work force.Therefore,the establishment of a sound,rational policy evaluation index system of executive power,not only can directly reflect the level of the Government's implementation force,the impact of execution problems are solved in time,but also improve the Government's implementation of force to achieve the purpose.This paper attempts to force the Government to implement the hierarchy,and influence factors such as stage three dimensions to explore its evaluation index system,in order to improve the government for a comprehensive theoretical basis for execution.
