农民有序政治参与问题及对策——基于对贵州省8个民族行政村的实证调研

Explore and Analyse the problems and solutions of Current Chinese Farmer's Orderly Political Participation——Based on an Empirical Study on 8 Ethic Administrative Villages in Guizhou Province

我国是一个农业大国,农民占总人口的绝大多数,他们政治参与的程度和水平在很大程度上影响我国政治建设的程度和水平。因此,引导农民有序政治参与是我国民主政治发展与和谐社会建设的重要议题。本文在实地调研的基础上,通过对农民政治参与行为的分析,力求找出目前我国农民政治参与存在的问题及影响因素,并为完善农民有序政治参与提出对策及建议。

China is a large agricultural country,farmers consist the vast majority of the total population.The extent and level of farmers＇political participation largely influence the construction of China＇s politics.Therefore,leading people to an orderly political participation,which is the important issues of democratic development and building a harmonious society of China,must be paid more attention.This paper analyze peasants participate behavior based on information obtained by research,aiming to find out the current problems and affective factors of farmers＇political participation,and propose for identify the strategies and resolutions for an orderly political participation.
