关于高职大学生心理健康教育的几点思考

Students' Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Institutions:Some Thoughts

阐述高职大学生心理问题的主要特征,并就学生心理问题的成因从社会、学校、家庭和学生本身等多个层面进行研究和分析,为解决高职大学生心理问题以及有针对性地开展学生心理健康教育,提出了心理健康教育与思想政治教育相结合、学校教育与家庭教育相结合、校内活动与社会实践相结合、基础工作与制度建设相结合的策略思考。

This paper describes the main characteristics of students＇ psychological problems in higher vocational institutions.The causes of their psychological problems are researched and analyzed from various aspects,such as society,schools,families and students,etc.In order to solve the psychological problems and to carry out students＇ targeted mental health education,such strategic reflections are proposed to combine the following： 1.mental health education with ideological and political education;2.school education with family education;3.campus activities with social practice;4.basic work with system development.
