The ＂Relative Measurement Viewpoint＂ caused by the problems of Quantum Mechanics is a kind of ＂Measurement Philosophy＂,which is put forward by professor Cheng Su-mei and a group of contemporary scientists and science-philosophers through observation to facts then progressed to the degree of philosophy.It has a revolutionary significance both in subjectively and in objectively.This thesis analyzed the difference between the ＂Relative Measurement Viewpoint＂ and the classical ＂Absolute Measurement Viewpoint＂,indicating that it is consistent with ＂The Theory of Observocontrol Relativity＂.
