连云港建设沿海中部区域性中心城市战略研究

中心城市是工业化和城市化发展到高级阶段的产物,它以经济区和城市群为依托,在带动区域经济发展、加快区域城市化进程方面起着重要作用。连云港是我国沿海中部地区最主要的海港城市之一,在国家生产力布局中占有重要位置。文章分析了连云港建设沿海中部区域性中心城市的战略意义,并对连云港建设沿海中部区域性中心城市的条件进行SWOT分析。研究认为,连云港应充分发挥港口的龙头带动作用,大力提升城市经济内核,加快完善重大基础设施,深入推进区域战略合作,建设山海相拥的知名旅游城市、中国沿海新兴港口工业城市和辐射带动能力强的新亚欧大陆桥东方桥头堡。

Central city is the development of industrialization and urbanization to advanced stage,and it is the core of economic zones and urban groups,which plays an important role in the development of a region.Lianyungang is a port city, and is taken a serious position in the strategy of regional economy by the government.The study points out the significance of Lianyungang becoming a center city,with the analysis factors via SWOT.Research shows Lianyungang becomes a new central industrial city in coast,a destination of tourist at home and abroad,and the East-head of the Eurasian Continental Bridge,which depends on the exertion of port,boom of city economy,construction of infrastructure,and cooperation region.
