文章在分析当前辅导员队伍建设中存在的突出问题的基础上,从构建完善的制度保障机制、建立高效规范的领导管理机制、完善辅导员的选聘和培养机制、建立完善的辅导员工作考核激励机制、探索辅导员队伍职业化与专业化可持续发展机制等方面,探讨如何建立稳定辅导员队伍建设的长效机制。

The article analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction of college counselor team and points out the outstanding problems existing in the course of the construction.On this basis,it gives a deep probe into the long-term mechanism of stabilizing the college counselor team from the following aspects：constructing the perfect guarantee mechanism,establishing the strict,high-effect managing mechanism,improving the selecting,employing and training mechanism,perfecting the examining and encouraging mechanism and exploring the sustainable mechanism of derdlopment in profession and speciality.
