摘要
教师的非权力性影响力具有指导性、多因性和交互性特征。培养中学教师的非权力性影响力有利于青春期学生的心理健康发展和建立良好的师生关系。文章从教学过程、知识拓展和与师生情感互动三个方面提出相应培养策略。
Teachers'non-authority is generally featured as guidance,various causes,interaction.It is proposed that teachers' non-authority influence be properly and thoroughly used to bring about positive effect on the development of the puberty students psychological health and the establishment of a good teacherstudent relationship.By means of that,this thesis has offered several relevant training strategies from three aspects: teaching process,knowledge development and affective interaction between teachers and students.
