Exploration on Personnel Files Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

随着高职院校规模不断扩大,高职院校人事档案管理面临着新的挑战。文章分析了目前高职院校人事档案管理存在的主要问题,并从人本化管理视角,提出了进一步加强高职院校人事档案管理的有效策略。

With the scale expansion of in vocational colleges continually,the personnel files management in higher vocational colleges faces the challenges under the new situation.This paper analyzes the main problems in the current personnel files management,explores beneficially the personnel files management in higher vocational colleges from the humanistic management perspective and proposes some effective policies to further strengthen this work.
