摘要
本文将六亚甲四胺银染色法作为加工毛发的电子染色剂得到较好的电子显微图像,并系统地比较了用巯基乙酸-锇法染色的羊毛样品和用六亚甲四胺银染色的人发样品的超微结构,认为对深加工过的毛发样品用六亚甲四胺银法替代巯基乙酸-锇法染角蛋白,可以防止巯基乙酸使用不当引起的假象。
The rather good electron micrographs can be obtained by the use of silver methenamine as an electron stain on deeply processed wool and hair.We have systematically comparied the ultrastructure of the wool and hair dealt with mercaptoacetic acid osmium with that dealt with silver methenamine.It is found that the sample stained with silver methenamine instead of mercaptoacetic acid osmium can prevent the false phenomena caused by the inappropriate use of mercaptoacetic acid.
