时延双PN结二极管电磁系统中的分岔与混沌现象

摘要 于一个由线性无损传输线加双PN结二极管非线性边界条件组成的简单电磁系统,通过行波分析理论确定了电压反射波的局部映射关系。应用混沌动力学理论分析了系统随参数λ变化而发生的分岔与混沌现象。研究表明:系统具有复杂的非线性动力学特性,表现出了非常丰富的非线性现象。 Based on a simple electromagnetic system consisting of a linear,lossless transmission line connected to an active linear resistor at one end and to twin-pn junction diode at the other end,the one-dimensional map of the traveling voltage wave is given by using the traveling waves theory.By using chaotic dynamics theory,bifurcation and chaos phenomenon in the electromagnetic system which varies with the reflex coefficient λ are analyzed.Numerical results are presented to show that the nonlinear dynamics exist in this infinite-dimensional electromagnetic system,and complicated nonlinear phenomenon are also observed.
