摘要
某电厂2#机高压加热器进口三通阀(进口阀门)出现不能正常切换等问题,为保证同类问题的及时解决和确保机组的正常运行,通过对特殊阀门的结构分析,明确了三通阀结构部件的作用与工作原理,提出了处理方案。通过与对阀门解体对比发现,两者吻合,说明了处理方案的可行性,及时消除了缺陷,保证了机组安全运行。
When three-way valve(inlet valve) of No.2 high pressure heater can't switch normally our in a power plant, the main cause can not be determined when it happened immediately.In order to ensure this problem can be solved in time when there are similar incidents in the future and the normal operation of units,we sfhould have deep analysis for this special valve in the structure,know each structural component's role and work of three-way valve gradually.Comparing the actual analyzing and the disintegration of the valve,we found that they fit together well.Therefore,understanding the valve's structure and working principle fully can have a lot of help for analysising the valve's work status and adverse reactions,so we can eliminate the defects timely and ensure the safe operation of unit.
