摘要
随着扫描隧道显微术的快速发展,由于针尖并非无限细小尖锐而导致图像畸变的情况也越来越常见。文章用计算机模拟了几何分析和形态学两种图像处理的数学方法,并定义了畸变度参数,证明这两种方法可以获得更接近原样品形态特征的图像。
With the fast development of STM,it becomes prevalent that the STM image is distorted by finite size tips.The paper compares two methods of geometry analysis and morphology,and the distortion parameter is defined,which proves the validation of these two methods.
