代谢性肌病的超微病理诊断

Ultrastructural pathological diagnosis of metabolic myopathies

本文对３例糖原累积病，２例脂质沉积性肌病和３例线粒体肌病共８例代谢性肌病肌活检标本的超微病理改变进行了观察分析，对代谢性肌病的超微病理诊断、鉴别诊断以及某些病理改变的诊断意义进行了初步探讨。

We have investigated the ultrastructural changes of the biopsied muscle specimens from 8 cases of metabolic myopathies including 3 cases of glycogenosis,2 cases of lipid storage myopathy and 3 cases of mitochondria myopathy.Diagnosis and differential diagnosis with TEM for metabolic myopathy as well as the significance of some ultrastructural changes were discussed in this study.
