脂蛋白肾病超微结构观察和分析

Ultrastructural observation and analysis of the lipoprotein glomerulopathy

本文报告两例成人脂蛋白肾病患者，肾活检在高度扩张的毛细血管腔内，见有大量苏丹Ⅲ染色阳性的脂蛋白血栓。电镜显示腔内有大量泡沫状物充填，使管腔除呈结节状血管瘤样扩张外，还可见有单核细胞吞噬大量的脂肪滴。本文并讨论其超微结构改变的机理。

Two adult cases of lipoprotein glomerulopathy are reported. Renal biopys showed that a mass of Sudan Ⅲ positive lipoprotein thrombi filling in the highly dilated glomerular capillary lumen. Electronic microscopy demonstrated that the capillary lumen were blocked by foaming substance and macrophagus engulfed with a large amount of lipid. The mechanism of this ultrastructure change is discussed.
