人淋巴结弓形虫病二例电镜观察

An electron microscopy on the lymph nodes of toxoplasmosis 2 cases report

本文报道人淋巴结弓形虫病二例，淋巴结受弓形虫感染后常表现为慢性淋巴结炎，临床表现及病理改变易与恶性淋巴瘤相混而需仔细鉴别。ＴＥＭ观察所见淋巴结中巨噬细胞胞质内弓形虫滋养体的超微结构是确诊的依据，并对本病的预防作了讨论。

The present authors reported two cases of lymph nodes of toxoplasmosis (one was a teenager student and the other was an old aged man with lymphosarcoma).The clinical manifestation and the pathological lesion of the lymph nodes infected with toxoplasma always resemble those of chronic lymphadenitis and lymphosarcoma,and need careful differential diagnosis;so an EM observation of the lymph node could solve these problems.Under EM,the ultrastructure of toxoplasma gondii and their related secondary lysosomes or residual bodies within the cytoplasm of many macrophages were easily observed and these findings might be the cardinal evidence to settle a definite diagnosis.Meanwhile some points about the prevention of toxoplasmosis were discussed.
